Juggling responsibilities and obligations can leave you feeling drained and disconnected from yourself. That’s why I’m here to help you carve out moments of serenity and creativity amidst the chaos. Offering you a safe place to just be you and rediscover your desires.

Making a change

Around 10 years ago, in my mid-30s, after working for years in (mental) health care and education, experiencing high work pressure and seeying a lot of pain, overwhelm and sadness, I decided to take a path to find more ease, calm and rest.

Explore more ways to feel calm and restful. Rediscover the positive, lighter side of life, which I knew was still there, but saw far too little. To listen to my heart desires and my life purpose for the new season of my life I was entering.

I started to go in nature more often, embraced my creativity and started painting and drawing again. Now my favorite moments are making long walks in a forest or at the coast and when I can let my brush move to the sounds and rhythm of the music, which is always on in the background.

Consciously noticing your surroundings and yourself so that you can live more in the moment. Not everything has to be solved now and everything is allowed to be here. Feeling, noticing and ‘being’ first and then thinking about what a possible next step might be. It helps you to be in the present moment of your life.

Nature has the power to bring us back to the present moment. It grounds us. It nurtures us. It helps us relax. It is a source of (creative) inspiration and gives perspective. It helps you slow down and replenish your energy, so that you can live life again with more healthy energy and resilience.

Fun Facts

about me

No coffee please! Only tea. But I do LOVE the smell of it. Especially freshly ground coffee beans. It brings me right back to calm sunday mornings with the family.

In love with the color Pink. Don’t know why, just in love with it!

Nature is a big part of my life and in what I offer. But I don’t appreciate the insects, especially spiders, in my home. I kindly ask my husband to bring them outside again!
