A journal
with on the cover a print of the painting “bouquet with flowers” by N Bonte Studio
A5 (14,8 x 21 cm), solid cover of 350 grams, ring binder so you can lay the journal flat
100 grams paper, half lined and half blank, ideal for writing and sketching
50 double sided pages so 100 pages to fill with your thoughts, words and sketches
A yoga nidra
A yoga nidra (approx. 15 min.) written by N Bonte Studio. The theme is: recharging and energy
Yoga nidra helps to rest. In addition, people sometimes use it to get a clearer picture of what they want to focus on in the coming period or as inspiration for a creative project, for example.
It is accessible to everyone because you only need to lie down or sit and listen to the nidra.

Due to direct digital access, it is not possible to receive a refund for the nidra (visualization).
Orders are sent out twice a week. Delivery time depends on your location.
Shipping costs depend on place of delivery. They will be shown by checkout.
Extra costs, like customs, are paid by the customer.

The box is sent in recyclable and environmentally conscious packaging. A plastic sleeve is used to protect your precious print from waterdamage (rain etc.). These are made from recyclable plastic.

The logo watermark that you may see on your screen will not be on the print you receive.
The print can look a bit different then the picture, because the color you see depends on your screen settings.
Frame and mat that you may see in images are not included.
In a photograph, a painting or print may appear larger. To know how big it is in your home, you can hang or put up a sheet of paper of the same size.
